Today was a difficult show for me. I have been anticipating talking about the topic of violence and mental illness, and today I just did not feel in the right head space to do the message justice. I think because it is so controversial that I felt overwhelmed. I think that I experience a great deal of fear about the topic and many times during the show I felt that fear trying to surface. Thank you for those of you who did listen and my apologies if I did not convey the message in the way it could have been delivered.
