Today was a funny sort of day. When I got up this morning, I was still a little sleepy and didnt try real hard to dress well. It doesnt matter today, I thought, Im just serving a short day at the museum office and will quickly come home. Nobody will notice. The result was apparently even more book-wormy than usual. Plain blue office shirt (a little worn, with red pen and glasses in the pocket), black dress pants, fairly-worn black leather shoes. I ended up needing to do some shopping. Customers at two different stores came up to me asking questions because they thought I worked there. I guess I looked ragged and overworked.
