Today was a good day for which I am very thankful.......after suture removal my back was x-rayed and everything is in its proper place! The intense muscle spasms/pain is from new nerves being utilized.....whew.....its a process....staying determined to move forward each day! My grateful thank you to each of you for your prayers, blessings and caring thoughts that brought me forward to this positive outcome!
