Last set I hammered out 15 reps with 390 talk about a hamstring pump. Then smashed block pulls with 545 x 5 sets x 3. now this is how you build a back and ass Heres how the workout looked Sumo Deadlifts 245 x 5 290 x 3 340 x 2 365 x 1 390 x 15 3 inch Block pulls 545 x 5 x 3 Machine Row 100 x 5 x 12. Hold every third rep for 3 seconds Close Grip Pulldown 120 x 15, 135 x 12, 150 x 10, 165 x 8, 180 x 6 + Dropset Standing single arm cable row 70 x 10 x 10.
