Today was a good day to die...but I decided to live. I got into an automobile accident on highway 280 North just past Foothill. I was on my way to work No fault nor blame in this unfortunate event- - only poor communication. Predawn. Dark as pitch. Cruising safely- - enjoying the silence and subtle hum of the trucks engine. !!! POP!!! The truck pulls hard to the right. Bright white light- - trees, branches, windshield, white light. Slam on the brakes, tighten my grip And straighten the steering wheel. !!!SKID -- DUST --STALL!!! !!!!!!!!!!BANG!!!!!!!!!!! ------BREATH------ 77 Assess current state of self, vehicle and surrounding area. A few lumps and bumps, front left tire demolished (it blew out) and buckled, two bushes flattened and lots insects. Gain composure -- call Trina Pepe And leave message, call opening partner and drill down of what happened. CALL Travis and within seconds Bob and Jesse are on their way to get me. Twenty three minutes later I am on my way to work and in disbelief of what just transpired. Life is good no matter what may befall you. Smiling is free. The love of music is contagious. Always smell the roses and remember the little things for the God the key to the worlds future. Rock on
