Today was a hard day. My little bebe Charlie lost his fight this morning at 8:15. The vet attempted to revive him but it was not meant to be. Though he was only with us 4 months he took a big space in my heart. He and Arry were rescued a week apart, were roughly the same age, and died a week apart. They were inseparable from the start...and they will be laid to rest together. Charlie made the most out of his 5.5 months of life. He spent every possible moment lying in my arms, snoozing and plating with his siblings. And there was no shortage of fish or chicken treats in his diet. I am broken-hearted to lose them both. I know we did all we could and our vet took amazing care of them. But this still sucks.
