Today was a really good day. My second Icelandic Sheepdog became a Grand Champion at 13 1/2 months old and she did it because she is a very nice puppy. Not because she was shown by very talented women, not because she was shown against litter mates but because she is a very nice puppy and I really dont care whose feathers I ruffle by saying that. Im proud that I put points on her and even more proud of the ladies who helped me. Nicki King, Brooke Aimar and Maria Neff. Well done all of you and Nella is only going to get better. Im also proud to call Veronica Dowling my friend. Thank you too Veronica for my lovely Nella. She has a wonderful sassy spirit and a sweet calm soul who loves everyone and everything. That my friends is the most important lesson to be learned. She is my true grand champion and my buddy that snuggles next to me every night but dont be fouled she is an ass kicking little dog.
