Today was a special day! Not only was it my uncles birthday. (Happy birthday Vic Ranieri..:)) but I was able to spend an amazing day with my grandmother making a cake she hasnt made in nearly 15 years. Over the last 5-6 years she has forgotten a lot of things and the most daunting disease has struck her. As a family we are fighting for her memories to be alive. Today was memorable and amazing we were able (together) to make this cake a cake that as a child was at every birthday celebration. Love everyday and value every moment because we never know when things will start to change and memories will be forgotten. Love truly, love deeply and love honestly!
