Today was a special day for me. I had the opportunity to speak with a man who was my greatest mentor, Aaron Scholar. He so influenced my life I named my son, Aaron Logan after him. He taught me most of what I know about teaching. He taught me a lot of what I know about God. He taught me me how to love people. He really taught me how to love and encourage my students. He was my first principal at Madison Meadows School in Phoenix, Az. He could not sing or play a note of music. However, his voice and the words he spoke are forever written in my mind and heart. He is now the chief teacher and administrator of the Center for Lifelong Jewish Learning in Phoenix. Shalom my brother and together lets look for peace in the universe.
