Today was a very long day. I want to really thank you Mary Keller-Tantee for hanging in there with me. I saw my surgeon in Newport Beach and he says I need my knee replaced as soon as possible. The more I hurt it the less mobility before and that in turn means less after. Surgery is April 23rd which means no party for me on the 28th. We had lunch and saw my ex boss Dr Mitchell Austin who is a Rheumatologist. We caught up and discussed our knees. He just so happens to be married to a fellow Eagle Rock alum Julene Austin. I did not know it till after working for him for over a yr. Mary drove me to labs and ECG. Long day but great company. Now lots to try to take care of before the 23rd. Yikes!
