Today was absolutely fantastic! Despite the storm chase being a bust altogether (although I had a thunderstorm whilst on the train en route to Peterborough), it was still absolutely brilliant planning it, choosing targets, stopping to assess the weather situations, getting covered in mud thanks to stupid deceiving ground, having a laugh with Claire Weather-girl Sayer, meeting Matthew John Knighton, Anna, Keira and Robert Tarling, getting PELTED with rain, shouting at the unpredictable radar and driving for MILES and into country roads just to get to where we needed....An adventure for sure! Just got back home, thoroughly knackered (nearly fell asleep on the train) and am going to add the photos tomorrow (since OneDrive is playing up).Travelling on my own was also awesome =) Hope to get out there for a successful chase soon!!
