Today was an XtremeIIT day and we kept things simple but intense. Warm Up: 1 minute Squats and Walk-outs Followed by 400-500 Meter Jog 4 Minutes of Jumping Rope (penalty 5 Burpees every time the rope stops) Workout 8 Rounds of 20 minutes of work 10 sec. rest: Pull-Ups Box Jumps Push-Up off med Ball Hold for One-Arm Row V-Ups Sled Push Barbell Squat Thrusters Barbell Forward Alternating Lunges KB Swings Bear Crawl (squat jumps for the 10 seconds) KB Goblet Squats (Sprint for the 10 seconds) Complete 200-300 Meter Sprint after every 2 Full Rounds. Your pace and intensity will determine the difficulty of this workout.
