Today was an adventure. Stopped by Tiffaney Jones house for a swim for a few hours. Samson Taylor and I headed out to First Landing State Park and walked on the bay checking out the kids swimming and the crabbers crabbing. Loaded back up and went for a ride down the Virginia Beach Strip on Atlantic Avenue. Took a very short stroll around Rudee Inlet and talked with a few fisherman who werent catching much, just some small flounders to throw back. We stopped at Starbucks on Shore Drive at Chicks Beach then we headed down to the Lynnhaven Inlet where we spotted what must be the hot spot of Chicks beach, Chicks Beach Club as traffic was backed up 7 or 8 cars deep on the road just waiting to turn into what looked like a packed parking lot at about 7 pm. Went across the Lesner Bridge and went to the boat ramp on the other side of the inlet and poked around down there for a few minutes. By that time we were both worn out and needed to come home for a rest.
