Today was bitter sweet . I will always remember August 2nd 2014. Today I completed one of the most physically daunting task Ive ever come across (The Spartan Race). Which was very rewarding and felt awesome. On the downside I got news of my grandmother passing away. Shes had a long fight with cancer. Although shes gone Im not sad because I know she with her husband, her brothers and her mother and no longer in any pain . I pray you are now at peace and looking down and watching over me. I promise to continue making you proud and living my life knowing that youre just looking down and smiling at what you see. Fly high and pain free grandma.
