Today was bittersweet. A friend of mine (fellow foster and crazy cat lady) and I had the wonderful opportunity to spend some time visiting with Hannah and her new family today. If I could choose a perfect situation that I wanted all of my fosters to go to, it would be this family. They truly regard their fur babies as family. It was tremendously comforting to me. It is not often that foster parents are warmly welcomed to visit the furever homes of their former foster babies, so I am beyond grateful for the opportunity. Seeing Hannah healthy, thriving, and VERY happy, was so healing when I am struggling through the grief of losing Hallie. Hannah is the lone survivor of Heidis biological litter. I took multiple pics, and I will share some of them tomorrow. Sweet Hannah is happy, loved, and has a really amazing home and family. Hannahs outcome, after all she went through, is the best and most that any foster mama could ever hope for. She is growing like crazy and is even more beautiful than ever! What an awesome experience :)
