Today was my first weigh in since starting this Biggest Gainer fiasco 2 weeks ago. My progress, a week and a half in (I started late): Gained 1.1lb, dropped my Body Fat% from 22% to 18% in my legs, so according to my trainer, it equates to roughly an 8lb lean muscle gain overall. He was ridiculously impressed, and with my goal being 25lbs in 3 months, I am quite impressed as well. That being said....One at a time, ladies...plenty of beefcake to go around
