Today was my last day at CSUB. My wonderful coworkers and friends took me out for going away Thai food, frozen yogurt, and even got me a Smiths champagne cake, balloons, and a beautiful card. They made it even harder to say good-bye to them and to this place. I love the university, and being a two time alumna, I hope for nothing but great things for the institution. Leaving was not an easy decision. But opportunity came knocking, and I opened the door and let them in! I will now be the new Multicultural Communications Manager at Bright House Networks. Im excited and looking forward to this new chapter in my life. So, if you know anyone looking for PR job in higher ed, one has just opened up! See you next week, Colleen Quirk Dillaway!
