Today was my second official day interning at Hotel Magic Mountain. So far it has been a great experience. In just two days I have learned so much about hotel reception. I do all of the check ins for English speakers which is a great help for the hotel because they can speak English, however I am much better. We communicate in both English and Spanish and I believe I have gotten a lot better at speaking Spanish and also my coworkers have a chance to improve their English skills. I also ask my coworkers tons of questions about how they do things is Costa Rica in comparison to how we do things in the US. I am having a great experience and trying to soak up as much information as I can.
