Today was not an altogether good day for me. I was 15 minutes away from leaving my house for my EKG appointment and I got a call from the cardiologists office. I guess they decided to close their office at noon today and my appointment was for 1 pm so they wanted to know if I would like to reschedule. I was really frustrated with the call and asked the gal why they didnt tell my research doctor yesterday when he made the appointment for 1 pm that they would be closing earlier than usual. Also, why, when the doctor dropped off my EKG orders this morning and confirmed my 1 pm appointment, did they not tell him then that 1 pm would not work with their revised schedule for the day? Most peoples reaction to this snafu would be big deal, reschedule and get it done next week. However, my doctors are livid with the personnel in the cardiologists office because this will set me back 5 days for the start in my treatment program. Thats five more days of growth of my cancer spots, and the possible gene mutation of more spots daily. I currently dont have any symptoms from this latest round of cancer, but with all of these delays the symptoms on the horizon are getting too close for my comfort. I want to get on this program and get it done. I am getting scheduled to have the massive blood work tests done again on Monday (they have to be done within 4 days of the dosing and Monday will be day 5 from the blood work that was done yesterday) and the EKG and possible dosing on Wednesday morning. I also know that things are in Gods time. I have turned this whole situation and all of the issues that Ive had with this treatment program over the last 2 months, over to God. He is in control and I do believe my healing is in the works. God has big plans for me, this I know. However, Satan is a very powerful force and he is driving me crazy with the impatience and the frustration. Please pray that things get on track this next week and stay on track so we can get this done for goodness sake. You have all been so faithful in your prayers for me and I do appreciate it whole heartedly. Please continue to be my prayer warriors so we can beat this once and for all and provide an awesome witness for the Lord and his healing powers!
