Today was one of those days that I wish could be every single day...but then if it was I may not appreciate all the wonderfulness of days like today. Cant really put my finger on what exactly made this day so spectacular other then it was the warmest and sunniest day in Akron in the last 5 months. The sunshine just made ever little thing that was wrong before, some how become right. I felt confident and positive and motivated. I accomplished a lot and exercised and sat and soaked the sun in. I want to bottle whatever this is so that when I am having a bad day I can pop that happy pill and feel as good as I do today. It was one of those nothing can stop me know kinda days, no sweating the small stuff, no self doubts...just happiness; and for that I am truly grateful!
