Today was so bittersweet...out of my 15 years of teaching, this semester was the first time I have ever had an Intern....Lindsay Atwater...she was nothing less than InCrEdIbLy AmAzInG!! I am happy for her that this chapter of her life is over so that she can be finished with all the hurdles and now she prove to others how awesome of a teacher she is going to be. Now, I am sad because she was a great addition to our classroom and this group of kids and now I have to finish this year without her. :( she was a wonderful teacher, colleague, and friend. I am super happy that she and I made a great team....the students will miss her and so will I. With Jaxon being as sick as he has been in the last few months, Lindsay was a God send to be there with my kiddos. Thank you Lindsay for this awesome journey but you have truly set the standards WAAAAAAAY high for any interns I have in the future.
