Today was sort of leftover lunch day...so I tried something new for me. Yep, Texas BBQ Beef & Smoked German Sausage Pizzas on the Weber S670. Placed them on a Lodge Cast Iron Griddle (preheated to 500* in the grill, because I also used the infrared burner for the rotisserie) to cook the top side at the same time.). Used regular pizza sauce and pizza cheese, just used bbq for my toppings. These were really good and only took about 4 minutes to cook at 500*. Used a pre-made super thin pizza dough.
