Today was such a great workout day - I had no plan, other than to work my whole body and hit resistance AND cardio, and it was fun being creative. I did 10 sets of 10 giant full body supersets. 10 Pushup Walkouts 10 tricep push downs 10 upright rows 10 walking lunges each leg with a 30 sec rest for the last 9 sets, I did everything the same BUT added a deep low squat between each of the PUWOs, and replaced the 10 lunges with an explosive plyo move (like high jumps, bench jumps, etc). Kicked my BUTT in 30 minutes. Super fun to go in without any real plan other than to hit all your major push, pull, squat moves and pound out some cardio. Left a sweaty MESS!
