Today was the last day of my 10 day cleanse portion of my challenge! I did cheat a few times...but overall I have been doing really well! I probably shouldnt say cheat because I am looking at this as a forever lifestyle change! So since I am eating very healthy and have had a bit of this dessert on a special day...I am not going to say that is any type of problem! For those of you who really KNOW me....I have given up Diet Coke...There is none in my house...I dont miss it... I love my Spark...now I do enjoy a Diet Coke on occasion, but I dont drink it daily and multiple times a day! We have had a great day as a family! Sky Zone, now soccer and then dinner out to celebrate Caidens Birthday! Have a great day!
