Today was yet again another unseasonably cold day! We hope everyone is nice and cozy with their furry loved ones tonight! The eleven animals who were adopted today are ecstatic to be in a warm and loving forever homes! The happy cats are Gizmo, Muffin, Bartleby Jones, Teddy, Button, Hettie Jones and Joanie (who were adopted through our Barn Cats program), Einstein, and Endeavour. Happy “gotcha day” to the fantastic dog Comic Sans. Teddy the kitten (featured below) suffers from a neurological disorder that causes him to be quite uncoordinated. Most shelters in the United States aren’t able to adopt out animals with this kind of handicap, but luckily the staff at HSHV worked hard to help Teddy find his purrfect home! As you can see, he is living a wonderfully happy life in his home! We feel so fortunate to have the support of our community to make happy tails like these come true! Thanks to everyone who helps HSHV be successful in finding homes for the homeless animals
