Today, we all need to get a copy of our State laws and start reading what each law requires, especially the States with the Stand Your Ground Law. I really never acknowledge any of the laws. The Marissa Alexander case, Stand your Ground Law did not stand with her, because, when she left the house to go outside, she went back in the house to get her gun and fired the shots in the air, and her children were inside, the Prosecutor said that she should have kept walking when she was outside, that is why she was convicted.
