Today we are sending out a request of prayers for peace, love and strength to our dear friend, cheerleader, volunteer, occasional foster, adopter and all around wonderful spirit, Pat. For those of you that know her, you will have already seen her posting of the tragedy her and her family are going through on her Facebook this morning. For those that dont know her, please remember the Humphrey family in your prayers today and will them strength for the difficult days ahead. I am posting two graphics I found that I felt were appropriate. I am not re-posting Pats FB post to the masses because I want her to feel the love and support, without being afraid to see her post and photo at every turn. I have thought long and hard about this, but I know that if it were me, it would be hard enough seeing even the kind hearted posts full of love. But to see her photo and original post over and over, would be like a punch in the heart each time - although each posting is shared with love. I already feel that myself each time I see her photo and I was not blessed with directly knowing her dear daughter. While nothing can change the reality of what they are going through, I want more than anything for them to feel the immense love their friends are sending to their family at this time.
