Today, we celebrate the 1 year anniversary of freedom for that group of special dogs from Oneida County, Idaho. Coincidentally, the ASPCA has designated today as National Dog Fighting Awareness Day. Its the perfect opportunity to stop for a moment and reflect on how far the Oneida dogs have come. It was with the collective efforts of the folks at the Idaho Humane Society, BAD RAP, ColoRADogs, A Rotta Love Plus, and other rescues nationwide, that these dogs are celebrating their special day by just getting to be fun and fancy-free dogs. Some of them are happily settled in their forever homes like the ladies who joined us at Angel City Pit Bulls - Granny, Helena, and Molly (fka Hershey). Some of them are still waiting for their forever families to meet them. We hope they all are taking a moment to Yuk it up today kids, you’re living the good life! #angelcitypits #nkla
