Today we celebrated another EPIC Super Saturday in NYC. I laughed, danced and cried the whole time I was there. Being part of this community goes way beyond the workout programs. It’s about helping others break barriers to believe in themselves. It’s about NEVER GIVING UP and creating vision to make it happen. But to make all that happen one must make a choice. A choice to BE BRAVE and boldly step out and just do it! That’s the question that Jeff Hill left in our hearts & souls today, How BIG is your Brave? He shared the video BRAVE by Sara Bareilles. Its a song about speaking up against those who push us down, standing up for what we believe is right, and being, well, brave – in the face of challenge. What are you facing? Big Decisions? Uncertainty? Are you consumed with doubts? Are you scared? What stops us from being brave is the Fear! It scoops out everything that we are and leaves a cracked shell. But having a big hole of nothing can also be a good thing because it means we can fill ourselves back up again with everything we really want and need to live the best version of the life we always wanted. That’s the hole that BeachBody has filled for so many living in darkness. As I replay back tonight Jan Carlos Castillo & Priscilla Clementes transformation stories, I can’t help but think how BRAVE they were to share their darkest moments in front of over 600 people! They made a choice and that choice not only changed their lives but now they’re the LIGHT that others need to see in order to believe!
