Today we continued Monday/Tuesdays Committee of the Whole and had the potential buyers for the refinery with us for additional questions (one round only, not enough for me). Following that, we voted to send the Operating Agreement to the Finance Committee for further vetting. Today I became a lot more comfortable with the Agreement; however, I plan to continue doing research and asking questions. I will say theres a lot being reported and repeated here on social media thats simply untrue, and it is creating undue stress and division. The Agreement is available for anyone to read, and I (and other senators) have made ourselves available for anyone to ask questions.
