Today we dedicated Addison back to the Lord. This was a very precious day for me. PT spoke from the book of Samuel in his dedication and I think it was spot on. As most know getting pregnant with Addison was not very easy for me and Devin. I, like Hannah, prayed and prayed for a child, and like Hannah after giving my hearts desires over to The Lord was blessed beyond measure with my baby girl. Today Devin and I dedicated our little girl back to The Lord like Hannah did Samuel. My prayer now for Addison is that Devin and myself can be good Christian role models for her and that we can raise her in the ways of The Lord as he would see fit. To all of our family that were with us today, thank you for your love and support. 1 Samuel-- I prayed for this child, and the Lord has granted me what I asked of him. So now I give him to the Lord. For his whole life he will be given over to the Lord.
