Today we did a science experiment that we will be observing for a few weeks! We took an ear of Indian Corn and submerged it in water and I asked my kids to make a hypothesis and to think about it with a partner...! Some of their ideas were SO smart!!!! 1 of my kids said, It is going sprout and make a new corn plant! 2 of my kids said, Mrs. Moore, I think its going to make popcorn BECAUSE when the sun is beating in on it it will get really hot and thats what happens to make popcorn!! I was ELATED...!! Their brains were working hard!!!
