Today we graduated 108 officers for their Master in Public Management major in Development and Security, a twinning program with the Command and General Staff Course which was presided by the Chief of Staff, Armed Forces of the Philippines. Happy to graduate one member of Ohana Asc 14-1 Lt. Colonel Vlad Cagara who was one of the outstanding graduates. His fellows project was also his Commandants Paper which was cited second best paper.
