Today we had a great launching event of the football4peace project. The project implemented by Sport Sans Frontières in partnership with the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport and the organisation International Relief and Development will see the distribution of 22,800 One World Futbols in Kosovo and the organization of multiethnic tournaments if several cities. The event was attended by 100 people including Kosovos Prime Minister Hashim Thaqi, Kosovo Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Memli Krasniqi, the Head of Kosovo School Sport Federation, Embassies of France, Finland and Netherland in Pristina, the famous player Kushtrim Mushica as well as directors of most primary and secondary schools in Pristina. As part of the launch, 20 kids of Ismail Qemali school enjoyed a nice sport activity organized by the SSF team. We will now start the official distribution in schools as well as the organization of the football tournaments !
