Today we had our anatomy scan and Im happy to report that there are no major abnormalities with the boys! This is a huge milestone. The only two things in question are twin 2s heart and foot because he wouldnt let them get a good look. Since we have a fetal echo scheduled already its not a major concern yet, and feet ... feet issues we can handle. Babies are showing no sign of TTTS at this point, since they are within 7% of one another in growth. So for now, we just have our cord worries. Those are big enough and I am feeling blessed that we arent contending with anything else yet. True to the form of the past, Luke was cooperative and calm and his measurements were relatively quick. James was ... Johns brother, ha. She eventually had to give up on him since wouldnt stop moving, or hitting his brother on the head. Hes got personality, that one 😳 She asked how I would know who is who when they came out . I told her Im about 90% sure theyll make it clear within a day! So today was a good day. I do have gestational diabetes, but whatever. Its how I should be eating anyhow. This reminded me of the boys. They definitely already have distinct personalities!
