Today we had our first very unpleasant experience with a customer. At Drive True our biggest focus is to be honest, offer competitive pricing and put a smile on our valued customers face. Today that was not the case, try as we may. It is tough day when you have done all you can to drop the cost, have the car ready in a timely fashion all while being told the whole time you are wrong by someone who is not a mechanic nor has any mechanical background. Be assured, this is our FIRST in 3 years! We dont feel any mechanic could have made this customer happy, and it is a shame. That being said, the staff at Drive True are dedicated to providing the best possible Mechanical Services here in Bradford and will continue to do so. Drive Safe, Drive Clean, Drive True!
