Today we had the Lords Supper at church and yes its a ritual and yes you do the motions but the preacher said something that I have known ever since I could remember, its not just a ritual its a reality, a real man died on a real cross. Maybe its just the setting or the way I was feeling that hit me like a ton of bricks but what else do we as Christians do out of rituals and routines that we forget the purpose behind it and miss an opportunity.
