Today we have a series of workshops with Spanish #SerranoHam producers, purchasing managers, importers and the restaurant and catering channel, followed by the official presentation of the “Original Flavors: the Mediterranean Essence” program, presided by Advising Minister María Jesús Alonso Jiménez, and a cocktail party and product tasting prepared by our friend Fernando del Cerro, from Casa José Restaurant (Aranjuez, Madrid), with one Michelin star.
