Today we have taken the difficult decision to withdraw the on line discount tickets for the bank holiday weekend. We would like to reassure our visitors that we are not trying to profiteer by doing this. We have done this because we are worried that a large number of people may wish to visit us over the weekend, and we do not have enough parking and facilities for unlimited numbers of visitors. If the weather stays fine, then the park may reach capacity, and we may have to turn people away. If we have sold you an on line ticket in advance, and then you cant get in, you will not be happy, and we do not feel we can sell you something that we may not be able to deliver. Also withdrawing the cheaper tickets may persuade some people to visit us on another day. We may not reach capacity, and this may not be an issue, however we are having a very busy summer so far, so we thought we had best to what we can to avoid potential problems over the weekend!? Any tickets bought before today will still be valid over the weekend, along with season pass holders. We hope you can understand why we have felt we need to do this.
