Today we learned how much the chamber owes right now in unpaid bills, and its tens of thousands of dollars - including what it owes for non-sufficient funds, which topped $7,000. The chambers phones were even disconnected this morning. Both the chamber and Tourism Councils existing bank accounts are overdrawn. The Chamber board today promised me they are gathering documents I have requested (which I believe could shed light on its financial troubles) and I should have some of those items this week.
