If so, final sign-off occurs on the Certification of Completion and Acceptance. Maintenance & Support After your system is up-and-running, your users have been trained and youre achieving success, its time for our maintenance and support team to take over. Youll continue to work with your project manager, developers, integrators and technicians who will ensure your systems longevity by providing ongoing system monitoring, hardware maintenance, software upgrades, as well as superb service and support.
