Today we released the detailed finances behind the LNP’s plan to fund and build a stronger QLD. Unlike Labor, we know where the money is coming from and we can clearly show Queenslanders where it will be spent. My local plan has been developed after working with the community over the last three years and can only be delivered if a strong and stable government is elected on January 31st. My commitment to the Ferny Grove electorate, if re-elected, include; • $860,000 upgrade of Pats Road School; • $150,000 upgrade of Grovely State School • Upgrade of the Main Street precinct in Samford Village to improve pedestrian interfacing and parking, improving safety, providing a boost to local businesses and making the area more appealing to tourists and day trippers. • $300,000 would be spent on an innovative proof of concept pilot for monitoring chronic disease in the home • North West Community Health Centre would also benefit from $100,000 worth of upgrades - including clinical equipment as well as the extension of the secure car park. • $200,000 for upgrades the school dental clinic at Ferny Hills State School • Extension of trial to include Dawson Pde level crossing with new congestion busting safety technology to get families home faster. • Study and planning work would also be undertaken with a goal to reduce traffic and congestion around Ferny Grove and Upper Kedron These projects can only be delivered with a strong economic plan for our state and our community. As an LNP MP I have a local action plan and it’s a fully costed plan we know we can pay for because we’ve set the right financial foundations and made the strong choices to reduce debt and invest in job creating infrastructure. In contrast, Labor has no economic plan and no way of funding its election promises. Only by voting for me as your local LNP MP and the Newman LNP Government will vital local projects be secured. You need a strong representative in a strong and stable Government. Find out more about the LNP strong economic plan here: lnp.org.au #strongerQLD #qldvotes #fernygrove
