Today, we shared about unplugging ourselves; taking a break from technology for 24 hours such as our phones, the internet, tv., etc. and how we can embrace mindfulness in our lives by taking this kind of break. Social media can be a tricky subject. It can be a powerful tool to share awareness and keep in touch with friends or it can be a waste of time if priorities are not kept in mind. After LIVE WELL, you come out with a better awareness of being clear-minded and how we can apply this new knowledge into our lives.
