Today we spent the day getting the farm ready for a birthday party. We mowed, and trimmed. We set up a canopy, and brought out the picnic tables. By the end of the day, 5:00 pm all we needed were our guests. People are always asking about our parties, so I thought I would tell you what we do. If you chose to have your party at Dun-Pikin you first will pick the date, fill out a contract, and return it with a deposit. We require a minimum deposit for a party of 10. A returned contract with a deposit, puts your date on the official Dun-Pikin Party calendar. When you plan a Pony Party at Dun-Pikin you have the choice of 3 party packages. The first package includes pony rides, and access to all the petting animals on the farm. The second package includes pony rides, and a craft. We have several crafts to choose from. You can choose from a horse shaped bird feeder, a decorated picture frame, that includes a photo of your entire party, or a decorated horse shoe. The third package includes pony rides, a craft, and a game. Our game is usually a horse hunt through the path and woods on the farm. All party packages include access to all of our petting animals. For an additional fee you can add pony painting. We are always happy to work with people to personalize their party. We can do bonfires, and scavenger hunts too. Parties at the farm last for 2 hours. They can be held in the morning, the afternoon, or evening. Just tell us what you want. We are always willing to do what it takes to make your party the best time ever.
