Today we want to give you an impression how ROXIDO works for real customers. One of them is the Shanghai based company HOREN (horenplastic). HOREN was founded in 1998 and has his key focus in the development and production of added value containers out of plastic. These systems are very efficient, economic and sustainable. With this transport packaging containers you can transport solid and liquid goods with a weight up to 1400 kg. These products are mainly used in the automotive, pharmaceutical, food preparation and food processing industry. HOREN did not have any sales representative in Europe and wanted to extend its activity in this important region. ROXIDO took and takes over the task to support HOREN in Europe to build up a sales and service structure. We analysed the market and identified the most attractive segments where we could achieve high volumes of sales. We identified that the core strength of HOREN is the ability to fast and easy develop new and innovative products thanks to the high amount of specialized engineers. So we did not focus on saturated markets but instead we picked market segments where such solutions where requested and can exchange non-efficient and non economic transport systems. The target: customers needs to realize 30 % of cost reduction on transport. ROXIDO contacted reliable partners in the regions and build up a service network to supply customers with spare parts and services. Also we are involved in the development of new products dedicated to target market needs. Our plan is that HOREN will realize in a 5 years time a total value of 40 Million Euro p.a. in sales.
