Today we were fully booked and so busy yayyyyy! But sadly a new client arrived after booking 2 hours worth of treatments and refused to fill in our consultation form and stormed out! We ask you to fill these in for YOUR benefit, you may have an allergy to a product or have a condition that may prevent us from carrying out the treatment but also for the safe keeping of ourselves as therapists as we sometimes refuse clients with conditions that are contagious to ourselves and other clients! WE NEVER PASS YOUR DETAILS ON TO A THIRD PARTY and we are not interested in robbing your house when your on holiday (yes a client did actually say this to me) So if you are not interested in your own safe keeping and that of my Girls then find another salon! So annoying as we have turned away so many of our lovely regular clients for this person ! Thanks Lisa x
