Today we would like to share one of our favourite #stretches that targets your #psoas (hip flexor) Make sure to place your back #knee behind your hip squeezing your #glute and keeping your torso straight. To feel more of a stretch bend your front knee a little more. You can also use the opposite hand to grab foot and pull towards the body. In our experience lower back pain or soreness derived from inflexibility and tension in the #hip flexors.
