Today were sharing the recipe for Parmesan Chicken Wings from Bronners Flavorful Favorites, Book 2 staff cookbook, available in-store and online. Parmesan Chicken Wings* 1 lb. whole chicken wings 3/4 c. finely crushed butter-flavored crackers 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. dried basil 1 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted Cut chicken wings into three sections; discard wing tips. In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil and garlic salt. Dip wings in butter, then roll in crumb mixture. Place in a single layer on greased baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and juices run clear. Makes 8 to 10 servings. *submitted by Karen J. Bierlein
