Today while going through some things, I came across the dress that I wore for Johns funeral. Susan van Zant so graciously bought it for me two days after his death. And while I thought I threw it out, I was glad I didnt. It reminds me of the strength I found in friends like Suzie and so many others. It reminds me of the love of a tremendous human being. It also brought tears that were wiped away by the man that allows me to grieve. Im trying to figure it out... We stumble often, we fight through fears, and we continue on... All the while learning about ourselves and each other. Thanks for being my teammate, Kid :)
