Today will be a rant. A particular bank that has a mortgage division that will go unnamed so I dont get sued (rhymes with smells cargo) has a practice, as this is now an official pattern as I have seen this 3 times in the last 6 months, of not reporting foreclosures. They simply report them as 120 late for eternity. Even though the property was foreclosed years ago and someone else lives at that property now! The credit bureaus (did I ever mention how much they suck?) simply verify that the information is correct. They even fooled the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau on this one I am currently fighting! Think its close to time to file a Federal lawsuit, may be a class action. Going to call an attorney I know who is awesome at this stuff and get his thoughts. Smells Cargo Bank is not above the law!!
